Over the last few years, the members of three Canadian rock bands recorded a total of 23 original songs together. At the top of 2021, the new Pop Rock band publicly emerged as Hello Fiasco.

Hello Fiasco is considered a "North American" band because four of its members currently live in Winnipeg, Manitoba (Canada), while their lead singer and rhythm guitarist Eric LaBossiere lives in Helena, Montana (USA). In addition to LaBossiere, the band includes Joel Couture (bass), Joel Perreault (lead guitars/backing vocals), Ivan Burke (drums/backing vocals), and Guy Abraham (keys/Ableton/lead backing vocals).

The band's debut 12-song album, which is slated for a 2022 release, was co-produced by frontman Eric LaBossiere and award-winning Canadian producer John Paul Peters (Propagandhi, Arkells, Comeback Kid, Faouzia, Royal Canoe, Cancer Bats, The Bros. Landreth and Begonia). *Peters recently won both Audio Engineering and Producer of the Year awards at the 2020 Western Canadian Music Awards.

Notably, the band's upcoming album was mastered by American Grammy-winning engineer Randy Merill of Sterling Sound (Imagine Dragons, Cage The Elephant, Muse, Maroon 5, Paul McCartney, Ariana Grande, Harry Styles, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Adele and Lady Gaga).

Most recently, the animation video for the band's upcoming release and social commentary "Apples and Soda Pop" is screening at film festivals worldwide. The video was an Official Selection at the Prague International Indie Film Festival (Czech Republic), won the Audience Choice Award at the 300 Seconds Short Film Festival (CANADA), and soon it will screen as an Official Selection at the Beloit International Indie Film Festival (USA). The effort was a collaboration between Hello Fiasco and Canadian animator Riel Foidart.
